Lowongan Kerja PT Monroe Consulting Group

Our office located in Jakarta, works with some of the best-known local and multi-national companies to deliver consistently high levels of service and delivery within Middle to Senior Management recruitment.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Bank.

I. Alternative Distribution Channel (VP Level)

Responsibilities:

* Analysis, develop and implement new distribution channels and acquire newly potential market.
* Design and implement market strategies for maximizing market penetration using retail banking products.
* Managing retail banking product portfolio, including Product Management, Segmentation and Acquisition, Profitability and Promotion

Requirements:

* Minimum S1 from reputable University in Indonesia / Over seas
* Minimum experience 5 Years in Alternative Distribution Channel and good networking
* Having good Analytical skill
* Strong in leadership and managing people.
* Having management and negotiation skills.
* Target oriented
* Having High motivation and love challenge
* Proficient in oral and written English

II. SPV Internal Control (Surabaya Base)

Responsibilities:

* To assist the Manager Internal Control in conducting day to day control and compliance activities which include but not limited to develop methodology, document process, identification of controls, performing control review, remediation of issues and present result to business process owners.

Requirements:

* Hold Bachelor degree in Accounting, finance or related field is a must.
* At least 5 years working experience in multinational companies and in the big four consultant firm with demonstrated hands on experience in business operation support and internal control.
* Finance/Accounting qualification like CPA or ACCA is preferred.
* Have a good knowledge of SAP or Oracle accounting system is a plus
* Strong organization skills and proven ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment.
* Superb interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in a multinational organization.
* Fluency in English.

III. System Analyst

Responsibilities:

* The ideal candidate should be willing to join the corporate oversea working program for 1 year prior assignment in Jakarta
* Conduct the system analyst / solution design for the bank system in order to provide the best business practice
* Coordinate with the system development team (Business Analyst and Testing Analyst) and Business Owner

Requirements:

* Minimum S1 from reputable University in Indonesia / Over seas
* Minimum 3 Years experience as System Analyst and involved in full cycle of development
* Having good analytical skill
* Having experience in ERP system (SAP & Oracle)
* Willing to work 12 months overseas
* Preferably from banking industry or having banking project experience
* Having silverlake experience is preferable
* Having high motivation and love challenge
* Proficient in oral and written English

IV. Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

* The ideal candidate should be willing to join the corporate oversea working program for 1 year prior assignment in Jakarta

V. Senior Level Risk Management

Responsibilities:

* Principal Accountabilities:
* Control and manage the credit risks associated with all retail and SME products
* Analytics associated with retail and SME products
* Control over loan impairment/credit costs
* Credit policies/processes relevant for supporting the business aspirations
* Balancing risk vs reward by exercising control over segments, concentration risks and specific risks associated with products
* Balancing risk vs reward by exercising control over segments, concentration risks and specific risks associated with products
* Product programs/campaign plans and documents to ensure that the offering are within the product parameters and also the bank wide credit policies

Requirements:

* Must speak English and have had relevant experience in an International Bank
* Must be an expert in CB risk analytics and have had exposure to Corporate Credit.
* At least 15 years of experience in CB Risk analytics and have had exposure to Corporate Credit.
