Customer Service Coordinator
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This position is accountable for Customer Order Management by implementing Customer Roadmaps and Supply Chain programs in order to ensure Customer Orders are processed and delivered smoothly and efficiently. It will also be responsible for selling and convincing ideas to customers and assess which programs is "best fit" with the need of customer plus finding and driving resolution of customer's issues.

REQUIREMENTS
Education
· College graduate preferably major in Business Administration, Accounting or related degree with Minimum of two (2) years experience in Customer Service or Logistic professional/analyst role
Knowledge, experience or skills required
· Having knowledge of Supply Chain Management
· Having knowledge in computer operating systems (pref: SAP, JDE, AS400 query, Microsoft business software)
· Must have customer service skills and presentation skills
· Having an excellence communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in written and spoken English
