Supervisory Responsibilities: The position is not supervisory at this time.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Develop business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of
company sales goals and profitability to achieve their yearly budget.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the assigned
distributors and their sales team
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new
channels
• Assist distributors in the development and implementation of marketing
plans as needed
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all categories
• Advise distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure
functional effectiveness of business.
• Develop product training to distributors, independent dealers and
chain/department stores.
• Plan and work with distributors to launch NPI – review and analyze EOL
categories before NPI.
• Identify and check on RMA to translate accurate credit notes and spare
parts.
• Plan and work with Apple in promoting MM products in their stores.
• Support other countries when needed on product seminars/training to
achieve business goals.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adhere company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and
ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Basic Qualifications:
• At least Bachelors Degree
• 3-5 years Sales experience in CE, IT, Electronic Engineering, Electrical
& Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in CPG. Consumer electronics industry desirable.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• Able to conceptualize and solve unstructured or loosely defined
problems.
• Superb communication skills. Demonstrated ability to discuss and explain
technical concepts using non-technical terms, experience in direct face to
face client contact and marketing situations. Build sound relationships with
colleagues in key business functions.
• Self-motivated and high energy individual with a strong drive for
results. Demonstrated decision-making skills and good judgment, attention to
detail and accuracy. Highly motivated to learn and drive continuous
improvement.
• Work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Written and verbal fluency English
• Willingness to travel
• This position will be based in Indonesia
